Shipping, Payment, Returns, and Your Privacy

We offer the following shipping terms:

Within North America (US and Canada): 1 item ($12.00); 2 items ($22.00); 3 items ($32); 4 items ($40); For 5 or more items, please contact us for a volume discount. Digital items are shipped for FREE. All prices are in US dollars.

Standard shipping takes approximately 15 business days. For urgent deliveries, please contact info@markond.com for a shipping quote.

There is no minimum order and there are no hidden charges. Your actual shipping charges will be reflected during checkout. Please select the correct amount of shipping based on the table above when going through checkout.

For returns, shipping fees are not refundable.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can then track your order online.

When will my order be shipped?

Markond International ships in-stock items within 3-4 business days from your purchase date, excluding holidays. For customized products, please allow another 15 days at least for manufacturing.

Does Markond International accept international orders?

Yes. For shipping outside US and Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering.

What is Markond International’s return and/or exchange policy?

Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at Markond International meets your standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 60 days for an exchange of a similar item or an item of the same price or higher. Since this is an exchange, no credits will be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.

How do I return something?

To return an item, you will fill out the appropriate portion of our Returns Form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. Once we receive the merchandise, please allow at least ten business days for your return to be inspected after which we will bill you for shipping of the exchange item. The exchange will then be processed and we e will notify you via e-mail once the exchange item has been shipped out. Again, please note that initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?

For a return/exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise as well as shipping the exchange item to you after our receipt and inspection of said merchandise. The merchandise should be returned to us in the condition that it was delivered to you. All of our items are brand new.

You may also upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items during the process. The cost of the additional items and shipping charges will need to be added.

What about my privacy?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at Markond International possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience.

What are my payment options?

We accept checks/cheques and/or PayPal payments. If you wish to pay with your credit card, you may do so. Please proceed to checkout and click the PayPal option. Sign in or register for a PayPal account and once in, you will be able to make payment via your credit card, or bank account. Once you have a PayPal account set up, you will never again need to disclose your credit card or bank account details online for your purchases.

Why PayPal?

We do not have access to credit card information as PayPal is our merchant account processor. As our partner, PayPal processes your credit card payment. Your credit card details are securely encrypted during this procedure to ensure privacy of your financial information. Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, shopping at Markond International is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, considered the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.
